The Third Option
The Third Option is a skills-based group program that helps participants build stronger, more fulfilling marriages. The program covers 14 topics, including Respect, Communication, Anger Management, and Forgiveness, and is appropriate both for couples who desire to enrich and improve already good marriages and for couples who are struggling in their marriages.
The Third Option is held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month, from 5:45 – 7:15 PM and is no cost to participants. The 14 topics will cycle repetitively – if you miss a topic of interest, you can catch it the next time through the cycle. Preregistration is required only if childcare is needed, otherwise come when you can. To arrange for childcare, contact the church office by the Thursday prior to the meeting date you plan to attend.

Find out more about the Beyond Mentoring Ministry
Beyond Mentoring
Participants can be any age, at any stage of their marriage. Marriages may be strong, in need of a tune-up, or in serious trouble. We can help you, no matter where you are in your relationship. Participants will meet in a professional office with a mentor at scheduled times to discuss concerns about their marriage. It is more than encouragement; it is listening and giving advice; sharing personal experience and knowledge about relationships; and helping individuals grow strong marriages, one person at a time.
Our mentors are well-trained men and women who have received extensive training in marriage education, more than most professional counselors. In addition, they meet regularly with professional marriage counselors for supervision and continuing education. They will never give up on your marriage, and would encourage you to contact us to begin your journey in growing yourself, in order to grow your marriage.
